Today XX/XX/2023 I read the close complaint that stated we no longer need help with our mortgage. The complaint no. is XXXX. That is NOT TRUE. I call XX/XX/2023 for the status of the Loan. I didn't see no notes in the systems that stated XX/XX/2023 date Covid19- Forbearance would end associate said he could extend it by removing the XX/XX/2023. I said okay. This morning I look the account up and it was no notes in the system the only thing that was there was XX/XX/2023. It didn't say what XX/XX/2023 meant. I immediately tried to get in touch with a customer service an inform them to put the Loan back into Covid-19 Forbearance for XX/XX/2023. A previous customer service stated it was there. I went on line and did a history to pull it up, but I didn't see one. Nor, was a history stating I said close the account. I was on Carrington 's website and I didn't see any information telling Carrington to close the account. Since I didn't see anything and after this complaint was close. I am sure this is a miss understanding. I'm hoping once the error is corrected I will be able to go back to Carrington 's website so I will be able to physically see it in the timeline. follow the timeline. I see it didn't take the Resolution Specialist long to take advantage of the error by staying I said every thing was fix and closing out that complaint. I kept calling trying to get a customer services, but the recording stated the office was close. As of XX/XX/2023 I am asking Carrington Mortgage to put this Loan back into Covid -19 Forbearance until XX/XX/XXXX, XXXXWhere it was originally to started. Per Customer service.
