I have a promotional balance with Best Buy of XXXX $ that I had to pay by XX/XX/2023. I payed the promotional balance on my account on XX/XX/2023. I noticed that after that my account still had a promotional balance. Best Buy added the payment to the regular payments and not the promotional balance. I called Best Buy and they said they fixed this issue on XXXX that I wouldnt have a problem. I still was seeing a promotional balance on my online account and tried to fixed it before XX/XX/XXXX Best Buy said it was okay that they took care of it. XX/XX/XXXX came and now Best Buy is charging me XXXX interest for a promotional balance that I payed and the interst was not even supposed to be that high. I called Best Buy already talked to two supervisors one said they cant see my XXXX statement and he cant do nothing. The other supervisor said to pay XXXX $ more by XXXX and he removes it. I dont agree I just payed my promotional balance and want the interest charges removed from my account. Please fix it my credit will be affected and I will take action with the law to fix this injustice.
