CBHV Reference # XXXX is reporting inaccurate information to the credit reporting agencies I have reached out numerous times through certified mail to this company to resolve this issue. I demand proof of this alleged debt specifically the physical contract bearing my signature, according to 15 USC 1692g ( b ), a debt collector shall send the consumer a written notice containing, amount of debt is owed to, and verification of the debt or copy of a judgement, according to Black 's Law Dictionary Verification Means : Confirmation of correctness, truth, authenticity, by affidavit, oath, or deposition. CBHV has not provided physical evidential documentation regarding this debt, but they have verbally communicated to the collection agencies the alleged debt is verified without providing evidence of the debt, amount owed, the original contract bearing my signature, I have no account with this company, nor am I or have ever been a customer, nor have I entered a contract with this company. Regarding my demand for proof, you have not supplied the demanded proof of the alleged debt, I may presume that no proof of the alleged debt, nor therefore any such debt in fact exists. According to 15 USC 1692 ( a ) Congressional findings : you have violated me by invading on my privacy, for one having my personal information without my consent and furnishing information to third party agencies buying and reselling my information without my consent. If this reported information to the credit agencies is not removed a Lawsuit will be brought against your company. Further, because of the nature of these violation your company have committed against me, I'm asking for XXXX per violation. This is for your company causing distress, many missed nights of sleep and headaches. This letter is to serve as a formal complaint with the CFPB, FTC, Attorney General and the XXXX
