I have already had two of escrow analysis performed and both times my Homes Estimated value has been massively been under estimated so that my equity is very low. My homes estimated value is {$470000.00} to {$500000.00} but this Company estimates my home value at {$280000.00} ( in todays Market you know this is a scam ) and my loan Value is {$350000.00} ( what I purchased the home for ). I see that Carrington Mortgage is already under investigation from the CFPB. I would E-mail or chat with them but they only allow phone calls on my web page as I have looked multiple times and I bet the reason being that phone calls can not be documented as Texts and Chats can be. This under balling people on their Home Values on equity and equity loans has got to be a crime!?
