I have a lone with access bank for XXXX years, Never been late, we send a check in and it bounced because of issues we had the money at, there was plenty money at the bank. The access bank supposed to redeposit check but they never did, they waited 3 months then they send us the registered mail saying we are in the pre foreclosure mood and instead of XXXX, XXXX they want XXXX dollars, they never gave us prior notices that they want to play all this games and they pushed us to 18.1 % interest rate. Do not know what to do desperately need government regulation help to dial with this criminals.
