This new complain is follow up to original Complaint number XXXX XX/XX/23. Rocket mortgage provided a response to my complaint but did not submit evidence to where I told them my home was worth $ XXXX to warrant the additional unexplained loan costs in points to buy down my rate. All throughout they said it was due to LTV being estimated higher than actual but who set this estimation. Figures should not be guestimated at the expense of the borrower especially when the borrower clearly did not value their home at that amount. There should be initial phone conversation with the loan officer XXXXXXXX XXXX proving this during our first few conversations. May have been discussed during our very first phone call. I am do a credit for misleading practices. One my home was never valued that high by myself and two it was never explained that if the appraisal came back significantly lower affecting the LTV the loan costs would go up nor the explanation of how a difference in LTV would affect the rate.
