Consumer Narrative

good afternoon, the entity rooms to go closed my account affecting my credit score XXXX, first I had a delay in the card and I paid them with interest, which meant that instead of improving they lowered my quota from XXXX to XXXX, charging an amount of interest and this month that I did not make the payment on the XXXX to the XXXX, they arbitrarily closed my account. It doesn't seem fair to me that they obstinately complicate my score.
