XXXX ( via XXXX XXXX XXXX ) was sued in a class action lawsuit, that was settled in XX/XX/2020. Part of the settlement was a guarantee to remove negative credit reports from former customer 's. XXXX XXXX XXXX has yet to do so, and has subsequently sold said " bad debt, '' to a collection agency ( Complete Credit Solutions ) , which is inaccurately being referenced on my credit report. This debt should be removed, as I have never borrowed, nor received funds from Complete Credit Solutions, and they do not have a valid signed contract with me directly.
