Hi I have a small business account with Axos bank, opened in XX/XX/2020. They didn't provide good service, so I didn't use it for my business transactions. However, I kept {$25000.00} in their savings account since they were offering good interest rates. I desperately needed that money now for my business and wanted to withdraw and close the business savings account. My online access was suddenly blocked. I had logged in to get my 1099 INT for tax filing few days ago and it was fine. When I called the bank, they said it was a glitch and my account balance is showing XXXX at their end but it has been 2 weeks since I found out that I can not access my account. I did not withdraw or make any transactions on that account. It was left there as a buffer when I needed it and allowed to grow. They now disconnect when I call and my online access is still blocked. With 2 years of accumulated interest, the account had ~ {$28000.00}. Now, the bank has just taken it all without any explanation. Initially, they said a senior manager will call to sort it out and get my money back but not one person has called back and they disconnect my calls. Please help. It is my hard earned money. How can a bank steal my money this way. I have been trying to contact various commissions for help with no response.
