I've been subject to unlawful use of a credit card in my name ( SSN ) on XX/XX/2023. I was denied credit in order to attain XXXX Pickup Truck on this date, yet there remains an inquiry on my credit report, meaning that there was money transferred, or made with the use of my SSN ( credit card number ) & I have not benefited from this action, as I was denied the extension of my credit. This is a clear violation of 12 CFR 1002 ( Regulation B ) & considered credit discrimination. I am a creditworthy consumer & I can not be denied an extension of my own credit, much less by a business who intends to use my information for profit.
