XX/XX/XXXX I noticed 5 transactions on my surge credit card that were not mine. I live in South Carolina and these purchases were made in XXXX New York. I called my credit card provider and disputed the charges. When I got my statement in XXXX the charges had been adjusted. I made my payment on XX/XX/23 that would be due on the XXXX of XXXX. When I got my XXXX Statement the charges had been put back on my card. Since this was fraud they cancelled my old card and sent me a new card and i have not even activated the new card. I called customer service again and asked why these were taken off and then put back on the card. This is NOT a low interest card and it has a XXXX yearly fee!! I am trying to work on my credit and this is a SCAM! The representative said that i needed to talk to the " fraud department '' I asked to speak to a supervisor because i clearly have not traveled to New York and I should not be charged interest on these transactions amounting in {$170.00}. They seemed to not care at all them or the supervisor. They gave me a claim number and a number to call the fraud department. I called them and they didnt even answer. I had to leave a message and they called me back a week later and i was unable to answer bc i was at work as i stated in the message i left them. This is a SCAM!!!!
