He said I needed written documentation from XXXX XXXX XXXX that we did not owe the debt. I emailed the written email from XXXX XXXX XXXX that we did not owe the debt on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX. I have never received a response to date. I went on the collector 's website and the amount is still available to pay, so they have not closed the matter.
