I received unemployment benefits to my Netspend Card during COVID 19. Roughly 8k is still on th card. Despite proving that I'm me, netspend will not issue me the card. They keep telling me they sent a check but won't tell me to what address. They are basically holding this money hostage. They are telling me to call unemployment but the unemployment for COVID has closed and there is no way to reach them. They can easily fix this by sending me a check to my new address. Their customer service is terrible. I'm going to file a lawsuit against them if they do not send me a check to my new adress or send me a card with the funds on it. My dob is XX/XX/1980 ...
