I had a Credit card from XXXX XXXX. Due to financial problems I stopped paying on the card in XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ), XXXX. Account Number XXXX XXXXXXXX. Portfolio recovery took over the collection on it, they changed the date to XX/XX/XXXX as last payment. They also changed it on the credit report to look like a loan and has a payment arrangement so they don't have to abide by the statute of limitation. This is 6 years in the state of Utah. XX/XX/XXXX. They are actively presenting it as a loan they have arrangements to be paid on. I have never talked to them or have made any arrangements or agreement. Thes are 100 % false dates and have illegally changed it to a loan to avoid Fair credit consumer laws.
