I have an existing Citibank card. I got a XXXX card. I tried to add the XXXX card to my Citibank account. I was told that I could not add it to my account because the names did not match. I was told that in order to add the XXXX card to my Citibank account, I would have to remove my preferred name from the XXXX card, which would require faxing or mailing in proof of identity and getting a whole new card.
