I filed for a claim in 2020 for my XXXX and I received one payment from XXXX and the rest was stolen bank of america failed to protect my account I called up bank of america and I have called up bank of america and explained to them what was going on that I was not getting my deposits and I would call them and explaine to them what was going on and they wouldn't do nothing about it they kept sending cards to someone and they kept taking my money I got one check and that was it and I have files claim after claim and bank of america puts that they payed the claim and then writes the claims off and the are not repaying the money stolen out of my account
