I filed a dispute with XXXX over an item I received that wasn't working. Company agreed to give refund. I ask XXXX if I can refund the entire purchase amount since the only way I could get the computer to help with a non-working item was to file a dispute. XXXX agreed that it would be a legitimate claim. I asked the retailed for a prepaid return label. They sent me one. I mailed all the items from order back to company and sent XXXX the tracking information. After the retailer got the return package, XXXX denied claim. If I were a betting person, I would bet that XXXX is siding with XXXX government on this one and since I already paid off purchase, I have lost the cost of the goods and have no goods and it is a result of the company not sending a working printer in the first place.
