I'm on XXXX XXXX. Edd pays me thru a prepaid card thru Bank of America. Due to my XXXX and not having my normal salary I saved the deposits made on the card so that I could pay my rent XX/XX/XXXX and avoid eviction. On Saturday XX/XX/XXXX when I checked my balance I noticed all of my money was gone. I immediately froze the card and contacted Bank of America to have a fraud dispute opened up in the amount of {$2800.00}. After 4 days Bank of America denied my claim. This was wrong so I requested to speak with a manager who re submitted my claim for re consideration and I provided a police report to show I've had issues with identity theft due to my purse being stolen and they requested a picture of me which I also provided. To day I've heard nothing back and after XXXX XXXX my minor child and I will be evicted.
