Tried to use my card for a purchase. Denied. Called number in the back of my card. Told me to call EDD. For the last 5 days and countless hours, i have been trying to find out what is the problem so i can fix it. Everyone keeps telling me different reasons, which doesn't seem to be the case. My account is frozen. With funds available. I need to access them, but i cant do anything about it. Please help me.
