XX/XX/2023 I cashed my life insurance policy check at XXXX XXXX XXXX Keybank and they they told me it would post XXXX to XXXX. They also told me it wouldn't effect my direct deposit. XX/XX/2023 the check cleared but direct deposit was posted. I try to pay my rent online and the keybank app said my account was restricted. I call customer service but they seem to be confused on why my account was froze. XX/XX/2023 I go to XXXX XXXX XXXX And they told me that theres a hold on my account but they dont know why? but to wait XXXX weeks. XX/XX/2023 I go back to XXXX XXXX XXXX. They tell me they have a hard time reaching the fraud deparment and they dont know whats going on but to wait 2 months. XX/XX/2023 i contact corp office XXXX for addtional questions. I find out the fraud department said XXXX XXXX XXXX didnt send addtional info that was need for the case. XX/XX/2023 I recive XXXX letters in the mail. XXXX saying " the account hold is typically within XXXX business days. the other XXXX stating they are closing my account within 5 days.
