in XXXX of XXXX 2 fraudulent loans were taken out in my name for 2 different XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX trucks. i did not buy these vehicles nor did i ever receive these vehicles. they have never been registered to me nor were the titles ever sent to me. i was told the loans originated from a company called XXXX XXXX out of XXXX Florida. i filed a police report with the XXXX police department REPORT NUMBER XXXX. the detective confirmed that these vehicles have never been registered to me or ever registered in the state of Indiana where i reside. consumer portfolio services was contacted when i began receiving letters last fall only after whoever took these loans out stopped paying them. i was not protected by these companies, they did not confirm that it was actually me that took these loans out. I also found out by consumer portfolio services PHONE NUMBER XXXX, that the XXXX XXXX that consumer portfolio services had loaned money on was DOUBLE FINANCED AND ANOTHER BANK HOLDS INTEREST. THE OTHER LOAN COMPANY INNOVATIVE LOAN SERVICING, PHONE NUMBER XXXX, STATED THAT THEY HAD OTHER PEOPLE COMPLAINING OF THE XXXX PROBLEM. FROM XXXX XXXX AND XXXX XXXX. I also found the other XXXX XXXX for sale online at a dealership in north carolina.
