I was contacted by Rocket Mortgage about my existing loan with them. I had a lapse in insurance coverage on my homeowners because I was switching companies. At the end of XXXX ( XX/XX/26 ), I contacted Rocket Mortgage due to a charge of over {$400.00} for a month of homeowners insurance showing on my statement. At that point, I spoke to their representative named XXXX and XXXX and myself had a 3 way call with my new insurer at XXXX ( agent is XXXX XXXX ). Once on the 3 way call, XXXX told us that since there was a lapse in insurance, all we would have to do is upload a statement of no loss to their portal ( Mycoverageinfo.com/agent ) in order to get that charge removed. We did so that same day. Now over a month and 3 more calls later, my agent and I are being told that the statement of no loss will not suffice, and I'll be stuck paying over {$400.00} for insurance I never agreed to and was told would be removed.
