On Friday, XX/XX/XXXX I went to log into my Bank of America account on my mobile banking app. I wasn't able to log in or change my password. I called the XXXX and spoke with a Customer Service Agent and she informed me that my account was closed for business reasons! I was livid. They never called me to notify me nor did they send me an email. On Saturday, XX/XX/XXXX I called the XXXX number and the Customer Service Agent told me that my account was restricted! I then called the local bank in XXXX GA and the person I spoke to was know help at all. I am going to the bank on XX/XX/XXXX to resolve the situation and see why they closed or put my account on restriction. My account is in good standing and I can't imagine why they are closing or restricting my account. I have a direct deposit for {$2200.00} being deposited into my checking account and I am going to try to withdraw the money as I need to pay rent and bills.
