I have been calling since XX/XX/2023 about my escrow payment going up. I discovered my county tax office removed my exemption in error. I immediately had it corrected and submitted documentation to Rocket Mortgage showing they have revised my tax bill and issued a refund for overpayment as well as corrected next years tax bill. I uploaded it while on the phone with the representative who told me to give it abut a week to update. Since then I have gotten the runaround and told a variety of things, such as it takes 30 days to update or it's being reviewed on the XXXX all while it states on the portal that I must make a decision about what to do with the escrow overage by XX/XX/XXXX, but then goes to NOWHERE for me to select one. I have called asking for help on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and now today, the XXXX. I can not afford this new amount and I can not pay it. I have never missed a payment and nobody is working to get this resolved. I will be in foreclosure within 2 months if i'm forced to make a payment that is inaccurate.
