On XXXX XXXX my Netspend checking account was charged XXXX. This transaction was done in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Posted on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX AM Debit : ATM Cash Withdrawal at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ending in XXXX - {$400.00}. I contacted Netspend right away on XX/XX/XXXX. Netspend opened up a despite claim. I was told to email them a despute statement. In which I did on XX/XX/XXXX. Netspend did not give me a credit because they said I never emailed my despute statement. The investigation lasted till XX/XX/XXXX with the despute result as denied. Netspend stated that XXXX stated there was not an error in the transaction. I didnt authorize this transaction this transaction was done in XXXX and I live in XXXX XXXX XXXX Netspend has not emailed me nor send me the documents showing me the reason for the denial.
