I ordered an e-gift card from Macys for {$100.00} on XX/XX/XXXX to be sent to my home email and it was never received. The order number is XXXX. I called right away to let them know it was not received and they should cancel it but was told to wait a couple of days because some times it takes that long to get delivered. I have called Macy 's customer service at least 6 times to date and have repeatedly told them that the gift card was never received. Every time I called I was told the {$100.00} was in the process of being credited back to my Macy 's credit card account and I would see the refund posted in 3-5 business days. Today I called again ( 22 days later ) to ask when my refund would be processed and was told that the gift card was intercepted by some fraudster and since it was used I would not be getting my money back. Had Macy 's cancelled the card when I first called on the day it was ordered it would not have been able to be fraudulently used. Macy 's policy states that once a gift card is delivered if it is lost or stolen the customer is responsible but this card was never received by me which is evidenced by my numerous phone calls to their customer service department. As a result, I respectfully ask that you please help me obtain a refund for the {$100.00} e-gift card that was never sent to me by Macys.
