Hello, To whom this may concern, I have tried over and over again to get these accounts off my credit report and the credit report are not doing what they are suppose to do. I have disputed theses Companies because the are wrong.! Amount : XXXX the date states XXXX XXXX, XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX. I Know these companies have violated my right because according to the Fair Credit Reporting act 15 U.S.C. 1681 SECTION 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. I have never heard of the Companies that is contacting me to collect theses debit. The credit report keep saying this is accurate. The 15 U.S.C 1681 SECTION 604 A. SECTION 2 Also states that the consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instruction. I Have the right to challenge these debit. Please help
