I tried to open a checking and saving account with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and was denied. The reason I was told n shown in the denial letter is derogatory information about me on my credit report from Chex system. I contacted Chex systems as told my XXXX. I was informed there is no derogatory information on my credit report/file and they are not reporting any on my report either. Went back to XXXX, informed them and they told me the same thing, refusing to call or checking with Chexs system to validate the information. Chexs system also sent a copy of my credit report proving there is nothing derogatory I brought this report in branch to show XXXX and I was told the credit report directly from Chexs system was not sufficient proof. Im not sure if Im being discriminated against or being singled out. I went the extra mile to show XXXX that their information is incorrect and was kindly asking them to validate, which they refused. Why is XXXX saying both myself and Chexs system are lying or why r they lying to me that Chexs system is saying/reporting that I have derogatory information on my report?
