Consumer Narrative

An ACH originated by Axos was debited from my XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2023 for $ XXXX. As a veteran banker, i am well aware that would be the date that the funds are received by Axos. Per Axos Ts and Cs, interest is earned once funds are received. I asked for 5 days of credit since they did not start accruing interest until XX/XX/2023. I received a reply after my last complaint that only addressed future accruals. When I asked for my 5 days of interest again, Axos sent me the exact email they had sent in reply to my original complaint. No resolution to the issue at hand.
