I was assured that once the new loan terms were set up XXXX of XXXX, that the information would be updated on my credit report. The balance has not been updated correctly nor has the monthly payments. The line item is still reporting as charged-off / past due, and the balance is still reporting the same amount, {$16000.00} from 10 months ago, and also as if a payment has not been made since XXXX of XXXX. I have not missed a payment as of the setting up of the new loan terms in XXXX of XXXX. I have the account set up as a direct ACH draft from my checking account. This is not my interpretation, but of a credit analyst with XXXX XXXX XXXX, which reviewed the documentation provided to me by the Creditor.
