XX/XX/ my debit card was stolen by a family member. {$1000.00} was took off of my card at a chase atm machine at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, OH XXXX. I filed a claim XXXX as soon as I noticed money and card was missing. I was suppose to receive a temporary credit while they did their investigation I never got that. They denied my claim I appealed it they reopened the claim denied it aint again reason was I failed to protect bank pin.
