Rushmore Loan Management Service is aggressively attempting to foreclose on my home. I was diagnosed with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. I informed Rushmore Loan Management Service of my medical issues and that my income would be reduced because of treatment and hospital stays necessary to keep me healthy until I can find a XXXX XXXX. Rushmore Loan Management Service has not provided me with any assistance, in fact, they have been relentless in moving forward with foreclosing on my home. My health has continued to decline because of the stress of the foreclosure. In order to relieve the pressure of this I decided to sell my home. I received a ratified purchase contract and because of this, Rushmore Loan Management Service suspended the foreclosure sale scheduled for XX/XX/XXXX. The sale of my home was scheduled to take place on XX/XX/XXXX. Rushmore Loan Management Service upon canceling the XX/XX/XXXX sale immediately placed another sale date on record for XX/XX/XXXX. Once again, providing stress and pressure to an already heartbreaking situation. The purchase contract allowed for a 15-day extension, which the purchaser exercised. Rushmore Loan Management Service was made aware of the 15-day extension which was provided in the initial agreement; however, Rushmore Loan Management Service has denied removal or postponing the XX/XX/XXXX, sale date. They continue to use pressure and underhanded tactics to foreclose on my home. Their actions are borderline criminal or certainly could fall under the Dual-Tracking law. I also sent a Qualified Written Response in regard to my loan with Rushmore Loan Management Service. Please help me.
