In 2019 GM Financial received an insurance payment of {$13000.00} from XXXX XXXX, and an additional check from XXXX XXXX XXXX for {$12000.00} to pay off the XXXX XXXX XXXX, I had financed with GM financial . Since then, they have placed the vehicle back on my credit score as a charge off. I have had it removed multiple times. But they keep placing it back on my credit report. Ive disputed it, and now they placed it back on my credit report as a charge off again! My credit score plummeted XXXX points as of today. GM financial refuses to properly reflect the vehicle paid off. I dont know if my next step is to get an attorney?
