American Recovery Services then unlawfully shared my nonpublic personal information to XXXX XXXX XXXX containing information in reference to my 2019 XXXX XXXX XXXX, License Plate # XXXX, VIN # XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX without my prior consent or from an express permission of a court of competent jurisdiction repossesessed my vehicle under the assignment of XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX does not have a legal enforceable security interest in the vehicle therefore this is deem as STOLEN PROPERTY! these organizations are using racketeering activity to deprive me of my consumer rights and constitutional rights. see attachments
