The Credit Bureaus are stating that Prestige financial has undergone an investigation into my credit report and everything has been accurate, I would like to know how is that possible when it was inaccurate with the open dates, the reporting dates, the payment history and more was all inaccurate back on XXXX when I started my initial investigation. I also submitted a XXXX reinvestigation and was still not sent all validating information. This ground for removal and they have also violated by rights under the 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 602A. I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604A Section 2 states that a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without written instructions. Prestige Financial has also taken over 90 days to complete my 1st investigation along with my second attempt XXXX. They have still not sent all information that has been requested. They have continued to respond stating that they " verified the information ''. Being that Prestige received my dispute back in 2020 via Mail and Online they were well aware of my dispute and decided to disregard my dispute AND ignore all my request for validation. I have continued requesting full documentation in connection with this alleged debt, Validation, and documentation. IT HAS NOW BEEN OVER 90 DAYS SINCE THEY HAVE RECEIVED MY ORIGINAL LETTER. This account needs to be removed from my credit report immediately being that it is inaccurate and violates laws.
