They state that the original creditor was XXXX XXXX XXXX i have never contracted them for any service. I have never received a bill or invoice not even a call. I was surprised by this collection on my credit. I called first Financial resource and to my surprised they did not have any information like my address or social security number or even telephone number. The only information they had was my birthday and name and that meant the collection belonged to me. i asked them why they were collecting money from me they insisted that i have pay regardless whether i know or dont know about it or else the collection will continue to reflect on my credit score
