I wrote to Bank of America in XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX in regards to an accoun that they show as a " Charge-off. '' ( See attached letters ) I asked them to provide me with information of the alleged outstanding amount along with charge and payment history on this account. In return, they sent my a " One Paragraph '' letter with no identifying information as to determine if this outstanding amount belonged to me. ( See attached letters ) Nothing other than the same letter with different dates was ever sent to me based on my request.
