Chase Bank will not refund fraudulent transactions of unauthorized use of my debit card in another state saying the physical card and PIN were used. Fraudulent Transactions included : - Card Transaction, XXXX XXXX, XXXX CO XXXX XXXX - {$2600.00} - Card Transaction, XXXX XXXX, XXXX CO XXXX XXXX XXXX {$2600.00} - XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2023 - {$480.00} Total charges amount to {$5600.00} The transactions took place in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX Florida XXXX when I was in XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX at work with my debit card in my presence. Chase initially refunded the amount when the claim was filed on XX/XX/2023. But later reversed the credit and took back the amount when their investigation inaccurately concluded that the physical card and PIN were used and are calling it a legitimate transaction ( XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX, XXXX ).
