Gift Card issued by BlackHawk Network. I had a couple of small fraudulent charges. I called to place my card on hold when I would be out about {$7.00}. It took them 2 days to put the card on hold and then a larger charge appeared because they did not immediately put my card on hold. Blackhawk Network will not reimburse me. I accept the two small but fraudulent charges of XXXX and XXXX as that was my husband being misled. The {$68.00} charge was completely their fault. After 90 days they say that there was no fraud. All 3 charges were fraud but the third fraud was only because their customer service did not place my card on hold on XX/XX/30 when I called after I saw the two small charges. The {$68.00} took place on XXXX. I called back on XXXX as I wanted to know why the {$68.00} was not being reimbursed since BHN failed to place my card on hold. I was on the call with the agent for more than half hour. They said the merchants told them I authorized the charges. The {$68.00} is UNTRUE. I did not authorize criminals to make charges on XXXX at all. By not placing my card on hold and inactivating it, BHN actually allowed the card to be used. I simply want the {$68.00} returned by way of another card. XXXX XXXX XXXX
