I had filed for hardship with Continental Finance and they sent me a letter that my payments would decrease after XX/XX/2023, however, it has not decreased at all. They are not conducting the due diligence stated in their letter that my payments for the XXXX card will be approximately {$29.00} and the XXXX card will be {$25.00} [ see attached ]. They never allow me to see the contract or the hardship program that I suppose to sign which their was no signature they are conducting fraud and deceptive practice. Ask them to provide you my signature now because I filed with CFPB they want me to pay regular payments ; Continental Finance is trying to charge me the same amount for the XXXX card {$42.00} and a XXXX card {$37.00}. They are being dishonest. I will be paid as stated in the letter that was sent. Contintial Fianance never provided me a copy of their hardship contract and their is no contract.
