I was scammed. I deposited a check of {$3800.00}. Bank of America put the check on hold when deposited into my account. I was asked to wire {$1000.00} to a XXXX XXXX. This was actual money I had in my account. Now the Bank says I owe them {$3800.00} that I never spent. The check was on hold the entire time. I never spent any of the {$3800.00}. Why am I responsible for the money I never spent but was on hold the entire time. I feel like I am being scammed by Bank of America all over again.
