Complete Credit solution company posted to my credit report a false date regarding an original creditor debt owed that was discharged in my bankruptcy case more than 5 years ago. The date falsely claims that the debt was opened in XX/XX/2023 and is new to my report. However, this debt was discharged in my bankruptcy and I'm no longer liable. When I called and tried to get them to remove the remark, I was told that I needed to send them proof that the debt was discharged which is public record and can be obtained by them. This incident has caused my credit score to drop dramatically by 60 points at a time I'm working to build my credit in order to purchase a home. This sets me back another 30 days until this issue can be cleared up. This is criminal. I want my report cleared of this matter or guidance for pursuing this matter in court.
