The telephone number on the back of the card takes a person to a bunch of different companies - medical alert, insurance, pest control, addiction specialists but wont reach the actual customer service for Synchrony Amazon card. This number is XXXX. Then, if you search for a number online, the web either takes you to an app that has a robot who cant provide another number. Then if you stay on the app to get a person via chat, they provide the same number and, when pressing them further, provide XXXX. This phone number doesnt work either and goes through a bunch of advertising offers similarly to the provided number on the back of the card until it disconnects me. The app wasnt showing a payment I made 25 days ago and I needed to verify it was received.
