I was very disappointed how US bank handled the situation I had problems with US bank a long time ago and they are just arent a good bank to bank with charge a ton of fees so I had issues closing my account so I had my father who is no longer with me close my account and went to a different bank they just werent very helpful the people at us bank werent very nice just wanted to let you know how we were treated I wish us bank could have handled things better hope this wont happen again and it wont because we wont be doing business with us bank at all
