After Several attempts to work with Chase Bank regarding inaccurate charges on my account they are refusing to remove late payments from credit report, although the account was closed before the charges took effect. I have paid whatever debt they claimed I owed and as a very loyal customer asked them to remove the late payments as the account has never been late and at the time of these " ALLEGED '' charges the account was closed. I have contacted Chase and the credit bureaus several times regarding this matter with no success. At this time I am fed up and would like to exercise my rights to involve the attorney general and notify you all of these shady practices.
