I have a pep boy 's credit card through synchrony bank. I was making payments on time through the app today when I logged in to try to make a payment through the app. I was greeted with a red! And told I need to contact online services in order to Service the account at which point I contacted customer service and was told they closed. The account and the only way I can make payments from this point forward is through the website or calling them which I have no way of doing every day. Closing my accounts lowering my credit limit with the company and hitting me with different interest all the same time. Sounds a little fishy but the bare minimum. I want to have access to be able to pay it through the app.
