In response to letter sent to me by Macys in reference to account ending in XXXX ( closed ) dated XX/XX/2023. This is a Request for an Opt Out of Macy's/Citibank . I want the company to stop sharing my information and to stop them from violating my consumer protected rights according to the FCRA to include but not limited to 15 USC 1681a 2 ( A ) ( i ), 15 U.S. Code 1666b, and 15 U.S. Code 6802.
