I tried to do a mobil deposit on XX/XX/XXXX- There was no notice the system was malfunctioning. I finally received a reply on XX/XX/23 advising they have technical difficulties and to try in 24 hours. In 24 hours I tried again, and it still does not work. I have emailed on XXXX, XXXX and again on XXXX with no reply from the bank. There is no notice on their website and it is IMPOSSIBLE to connect w a human at this bank. They have a virtual assistant that is never of any use. I had a problem on XX/XX/23 where one of my bill pay checks never made it to the receiver. It took me until XX/XX/XXXX to get a reply. Then I followed up with them on XXXX as a result of their reply and never heard back from them until XX/XX/XXXX. This is unacceptable. They do no reply in 24 hours and impossible to connect with a human being.
