Thank you in advance for your help in this matter, in short, Rocket Mortgage or it's affiliates stated they would inquire on my XXXX XXXX time and they inquired 12 times or more without my permission in less than 30 days. Rocket mortgage told me don't worry that my credit is no longer affected by their errors or fraudulent inquires because they are a year old... but they are still affecting my credit score in a massive negative way. The excessive inquires started on XXXX and went through XXXX " Rocket Mortgage also told us that even though they should not be effecting my credit score they will not write a letter and remove these erroneous excessive credit pulls because they might be affecting my score. '' This is the only thing that is affecting my score negatively and my score is XXXX points lower for a year and a half and has cost me in many ways including higher insurance, higher credit card rates, loss of benefits, reduction in work opportunities and reduction in ability to qualify for community service work such as foster care respite care. Please help by requiring Rocket Mortgage to write to all three credit agencies and remove all but one of their hard inquires that they state shouldn't be affecting my credit anyways, but clearly it is, after having a credit expert review my entire financial status. in friendship, XXXX
