I just received a notification on my experian credit report that a collection from a " Phoenix Financial Services '' is owed in the amount of {$1900.00}. I've never done business with this company nor do I have any dealings with them. I do not owe them a debt so there is no reason this should be on my credit report. They do not have any contractual obligation from me because they would be able to provide my wet signature. This is not in accordance with the FCRA regulations.
